Shipping policy

We want your Maca+ to reach you quickly and arrive in good shape. Here's exactly how and when we ship.
The short version: orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after that. Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $50 — a flat $4.95 under that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Processing time
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Most orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day. During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing may take an extra day — we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Delivery estimates are for transit time after your order has been processed, and don't include the 1–2 business day processing window. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 4–9 business days. Estimates aren't guarantees — once a package is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then email support@revivahroot.com — we'll find it for you.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally at this time. If you'd like us to ship to your country, email us — knowing there's demand helps us expand.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you've confirmed the correct details; additional shipping may apply. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, check with anyone at your address and your building's mail area first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, email support@revivahroot.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
