Maca+ works best over weeks, not days — so we give you real time to feel the difference. If it's not right for you, getting your money back is simple.
Our 60-day money-back promise: try Maca+ for up to 60 days. If you're not happy for any reason, email us for a full refund of the purchase price — even if the bottle is empty. No hoops.
How the 60-day guarantee works
- You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a refund.
- The guarantee covers the purchase price of the product.
- It applies whether the bottle is unopened, opened, or finished — if Maca+ didn't work for you, that's what the promise is for.
- To keep it fair, the guarantee covers your first order of a product; bulk or repeat orders of the same item may be handled case by case.
How to start a refund or return
Email support@revivahroot.com with your order number and the email address you used. We'll confirm your refund and, if we need the item back, send you a return address. You don't need to return an empty or opened bottle unless we ask.
When you'll get your refund
Once your refund is approved, we process it within 2–5 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional days to appear on your statement. We'll email you when it's on its way.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping — at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a refund for what you have and place a new order for what you want. If you'd prefer we handle it directly, email us and we'll sort it out.
Cancellations & changes
Need to cancel or change an order? Email us as soon as possible. We move quickly, so we can usually only change an order before it's been processed for shipping. Once it's shipped, our 60-day guarantee has you covered instead.
Non-returnable situations
- Requests made more than 60 days after delivery.
- Products purchased from a third-party reseller rather than revivahroot.com.
- Free gifts or promotional items received at no charge.
